Initiating at Another Chapter
Chapters interested in having any of their electees attend an initiation at another Chapter must do the following to ensure the initiation runs smoothly:
- Notify HQ that you are planning to have an electee initiate at another Chapter.
- Contact the president of the Chapter you wish to have your electee initiate at and verify that the Chapter is willing to initiate your electee.
- Will a member of your Chapter be attending the initiation with your electee?
- Yes. The member MUST bring the Chapter's roll book for the initiate to sign.
- No. HQ will send the proper documentation to the initiating Chapter for the electee. HQ must be notified of this NO LATER than two weeks prior to the initiating Chapter's initiation.
