Chapter Reporting

The following is a list of the reports that need to be submitted to Headquarters each year. Reports are classified as either membership (MEM), chapter (CHP), or convention (CON) related. The table indicates which reports are submitted through the online system (Electronic-E) and which are mailed to Headquarters (Paper-P). Additional information about these reports is available on the National Web Site. A similar format is available for download in pdf format that can be used a checklist for the year.
